MEMORANDUM OPINION
TERRENCE L. MICHAEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
“Possession is nine tenths of the law.” 1 An old idiom, one familiar to most. But does it apply when the party in possession quitclaims all of his interests in the property to his spouse? In this case, the debt- or says yes, the trustee and creditors say no, and all parties leave the matter for the Court to decide. The following findings of fact and conclusions of law are made pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 7052, which is made applicable to this contested matter by Bankruptcy Rule 9014.
