HAMBLEN, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Galveston County, refusing to admit to probate an instrument propounded by appellants, Vera Harper and her husband, as a codicil to the last will and testament of Mrs. Mary Maybell Pauls Summers, deceased.
