*249 MEMORANDUM OPINION
LIAM O’GRADY, District Judge.
This is a class action arising out of allegations of widespread accounting fraud perpetrated by the Mills Corporation and related entities, resulting in massive losses incurred by individual and institutional investors alike.
For the reasons that follow, the Court hereby APPROVES the Mills, Ernst & Young, and KanAm Settlements as fair, adequate, and reasonable under Fed.R.Civ.P. 23(e)(2). Further, the Court APPROVES the Plan of Allocation as fair, adequate, and reasonable. The Court awards reasonable attorneys’ fees in the amount of $36,495,000,…
