DAVIS, Judge.

On August 24, 2001, appellant Larry T. Fitzgerald filed a claim with the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission (Commission). The claim emanated from a work-related accident that occurred on January 10, 2001, when appellant slipped and fell on ice at a Pennsylvania truck stop. On March 22, 2002, a hearing was held before the Commission on the issue of whether Maryland had jurisdiction over appellant’s claim.
