MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION FOR SANCTIONS
JAMES S. STARZYNSKI, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter came before the Court for final hearing on the Motion for Sanctions (doc 72). Plaintiffs appeared through their attorney George Moore. Defendant represented himself. The original Motion for Sanctions sought relief against both the Defendant and his former attorney Gary Latón. Mr. Lakin and Plaintiffs resolved all issues between them before trial in a confidential settlement.
