Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Del Giudice, J.), rendered May 28, 2013, convicting him of murder in the second degree and assault in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 25 years to life on the conviction of murder in the second degree, and determinate terms of imprisonment of 15 years plus five years of postrelease supervision on each of the convictions of assault in the first degree, with all of the sentences to run consecutively.
