BOWMAN, Circuit Judge.

This is a declaratory judgment action involving a commercial lease. Federal subject-matter jurisdiction is based on diversity of citizenship. St. Louis Concessions, Inc. (“SLC”) appeals from an order of the District Court 1 granting partial summary judg ment in favor of Restaura, Inc. (“Restaura”). The court held that SLC, the lessor, had not effectively terminated a lease entered into with Restaura, the lessee, and that the lease remains in full force and effect. We affirm.
