WRIGHT, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from verdict and judgment-in favor of defendants and the refus al of a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict in a suit on a note.
The evidence tended to show that in April, 1967, plaintiff purchased a note secured by a title retention contract on a mobile home. On May 31, 1968, the mobile-home was sold to defendants and they assumed the balance on the note under a written agreement with plaintiff. The note was payable in monthly installments.
