Appellant, David S. Grimm, a school teacher, made application to the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for unemployment compensation asserting that he was separated from his employment by the River-dale Local Board of Education for just cause. His claim was allowed by the administrator for the benefit year starting with January 25,1976, but disallowed for the week ending January 31,1976, as he was not able to work during that week.
