OPINION ROBERTSON, Justice.

Appellant sued appellee, seeking to recover uninsured motorist benefits for injuries he sustained when a passing car fired a shotgun into his vehicle. Appellee moved for summary judgment, arguing that appellant’s claim did not fall within the policy’s uninsured motorist coverage. The trial court granted appellee’s summary judgment motion and denied appellant’s cross-motion for summary judgment. We affirm.
