COFFIN, Circuit Judge.
The question presented in this appeal is whether the district court correctly refused to remand this cause to a state court for alleged lack of diversity jurisdiction.
The plaintiff, a Rhode Island citizen, as the result of an automobile accident and subsequent litigation, is a judgment debt-tor of defendant Evans, also a Rhode Island citizen. Defendant, United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company, a Maryland corporation, had issued a liability policy to plaintiff.
