BLOCK, Senior District Judge:

Eve Wexler receives wireless phone service from AT & T Mobility, LLC (“Mobility”). Beginning in approximately October 2014, defendant AT & T Corp. (“AT & T”)—a separate company—began making unsolicited calls and sending unsolicited text messages to her cell phone. Wexler then brought this putative class action under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), 47 U.S.C. § 227. AT & T moves to compel arbitration pursuant to an agreement between Wexler and Mobility that purportedly covers her claim against AT & T. For the following reasons,…
