Respondent Robert D. Hamilton has been charged in a seven-count complaint for disciplinary action with violating multiple provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Law. He and the Disciplinary Commission now tender for this Court's approval their Statement of Cireumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline, wherein they agree that certain acts of misconduct occurred, and that for these Respondent should be suspended from the practice of law for one year.
