Appeals (1) from a decision of the Workers’ *1451Compensation Board, filed April 25, 2012, which ruled that claimant’s alleged cardiac conditions were not causally related to her established claim, and (2) from a decision of said Board, filed May 2, 2012, which, among other things, ruled that claimant was not entitled to payment for intermittent lost time.
