MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT

Comes on for hearing Plaintiffs complaint to determine the dischargeability of certain debts.1 This is an adversary proceeding in which Debtor-Plaintiff James D.
