This is an action to quiet title. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the court below. Plaintiff Harris and wife sued to quiet title to a parcel of land, particularly described by metes and bounds, in Fernley, Lyon County, Nevada, fronting 300 feet on the south side of the Lincoln highway with a depth of 123 feet. They joined as defendants Lyon County and David D. Jackson.
