In Graves v. Fancher et al., 81 N.J. Eq. 407; affirmed,Ibid. 517, a bill to quiet title, decided in 1912, the title to the land involved in this suit — Wawayanda lake, in Sussex county — was held to be in the complainant in fee, and it was accordingly decreed that the defendants "have no title, interest in or encumbrance upon the same or any part thereof," and as against the defendants that "the title of the complainant, in and to the same, and every part thereof, is hereby determined, fixed and settled and declared to be good."
