This is an action to enjoin the sale of sheep under a chattel mortgage. The complaint alleges that 'on the ninth day of April, 1928, plaintiff leased from tlie defendants Hazel M. Davenport, Erma M. Holland, and George R. Davenport approximately 800 acres of certain described land situated in Yellowstone county; that in payment of the rental plaintiff executed and delivered to Hazel M.
