Following a jury trial, defendant Walter Nunn was convicted of the second degree murder of Antonio Parks, aggravated battery with a firearm, and aggravated discharge of a firearm. The trial court sentenced defendant to 12 years’ imprisonment for murder, a consecutive 18-year term for aggravated battery, and a concurrent 12-year term for aggravated discharge of a firearm.
