WIEAND, Judge.

Maurice Jones was tried non-jury and was found guilty of first degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime, abuse of a corpse, escape and resisting arrest. 1 Post-trial motions were denied, and Jones was sentenced to life imprisonment for murder and to concurrent terms of imprisonment for possessing an instrument of crime and escape. Sentence was suspended on the convictions for abuse of a corpse and resisting arrest.
