This is a suit to enjoin the collection of taxes. The plaintiffs in error, plaintiffs below, brought this action on behalf of themselves and other tax payers similarly situated. The petition described the lands of the three plaintiffs, without, however, mentioning into what classification such lands had then been placed for the purpose of assessment for taxation.
