MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter comes on before the Court pursuant to the June 14, 1991 hearing on Debtors’ Application to Avoid Lien on Exempt Personal Property with Beneficial Kansas. The Creditor, Beneficial Kansas, Inc., appeared by and through its attorney, James E. Phelan. The debtors, Steven Eric Bondank and Jennifer Lea Bondank, appeared by and through their attorney, Ron D.
