Appeal, from the Branch Appellate Court for the First District; — heard in that court on appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Elbridge Hanecy, Judge, presiding.

1Per curiam

This action of debt on a replevin bond was begun in the circuit court of Cook county by appellee, against appellants. By agreement of the parties the case was tried before the court without a jury, and judgment rendered for the plaintiff for $3000 debt (the penalty of the bond) and $1383 damages, and costs of the suit. On appeal to the Appellate Court that judgment has been affirmed.
