SUMMARY ORDER

Appellant Gerardo Sanchez, pro se, appeals from the district court’s decision granting the Appellees’ motions to dismiss his complaint on the ground that Appellant attempted to proceed pro se with claims that belonged to a corporation. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, the procedural history of the case, and the issues on appeal.
