1Per curiam

Michael Patrick Geraghty pleaded guilty to two counts of distribution of five grams or more of actual methamphetamine by a felon, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(B), and 851. As part of the plea agreement, Geraghty signed a waiver of appellate rights. Nonetheless, he now appeals the district court’s 1 calculation of his offense level as well as its imposition of an upward variance at sentencing. We dismiss Geraghty’s appeal.
