Five citizens of the city of Meridian filed their bill to enjoin the corporate authorities thereof from the enforcement of one clause of an ordinance of the mayor and board of aldermen, accepting and adopting a survey and map of the city which had been prepared, under an ordinance of the board, by one Currie. The ordinance adopts and establishes said survey and maps as constituting, with certain exceptions in the ordinance specified, the true plan of the lots, streets, alloys, and squares of the town.
