Okland Oil Company brought this diversity action against Conoco, Incorporated, alleging breach of contract, fraud in the inducement, deceit by false representation, and deceit by nondisclosure or concealment with respect to Conoco’s failure to pay Okland the full amounts owing under a series of gas production contracts entered into between 1980 and 1987.
