Plaintiff-Appellant Beautiful Jewellers Private Limited (“BJP”) appeals from the June 29, 2010 judgment of the district court granting the motion of DefendantAppellee Tiffany & Co. (“Tiffany”) for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
