OPINION OF THE COURT

The aforementioned eight cases all arose on motions in writing by the respective defendants demanding that their indictment(s) be dismissed. We have written one opinion for *450all as the fact patterns and prayers for dismissal in each are substantially similar, certainly involving the same questions of law.
