This is an action of ejectment brought by the plaintiffs against the defendant, Sarah J. Bull, to recover a two-thirds interest in certain ground rents in Baltimore City.
During the course of the trial the defendant reserved several exceptions eight of which refer to the rulings on the admissibility of testimony and one, the ninth, to the ruling upon the prayers.
