Close, Official Eeferee. This is an action brought to declare the zoning ordinance of the town of Patterson unconstitutional and void insofar as the property of the plaintiffs is concerned and to compel the building inspector of such town to issue a building permit to the plaintiffs.
The property involved consists of two lots designated as lots C 3030 and C 3031 on a map designated as Map C, Putnam Lake, Town of Patterson, Putnam County, New York.
