SHEPARD, Justice.
Appellant Lee Anthony Eddy was tried before a jury and convicted of felony-murder, Ind.Code § 35-42-1-1(2) (Burns 1979 Repl.), and of robbery, a class B felony, Ind.Code § 85-42-5-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.). The trial court imposed consecutive terms of forty years and ten years, respectively.
