HUNTER, Justice.

The defendant, Kevin Massey, was convicted at a bench trial of robbery, a Class A felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-5-1 (Burns 1984 Supp.), kidnapping, a Class A felony, Ind. Code § 85-42-3-2 (Burns 1979 Repl.), and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, Ind.Code § 35-44-8-38 (Burns 1984 Supp.). He was sentenced to concurrent terms of twenty-five years, twenty-five years and six months. In this appeal, he raises the following two issues:

1. Whether the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a waiver of rights form which defendant signed as well as defendant's statement…
