Reversing.

Appellee, who was the plaintiff below, brought this action to recover from the appellant and defendant below $10,260 damages, resulting, as alleged, from a collision between plaintiff’s and defendant’s automobiles. At the time the accident occurred the plaintiff was going west on Broadway in Louisville, Ky., in an automobile owned by him but driven by Jesse Lee.
