MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WOODLOCK, District Judge.

Plaintiff Hasbro, Inc. brings this suit against Clue Computing, Inc., a Colorado company, for trademark infringement upon and dilution of the CLUE ® trademark. Hasbro, which owns the CLUE ® mark corresponding to the game CLUE, alleges that Clue Computing has infringed upon its trademark rights and diluted its famous mark through the use of a World Wide Web site at the address of “clue, com.” Clue Computing has moved for summary judgment on all three counts in the case — a federal trademark infringement claim, a federal trademark dilution claim, and…
