We have before us in this case a record of about four hundred pages, composed of pleadings, exhibits, the commissioner’s report, and a large number of depositions. Counsel have argued the cause very fully and presented at length their grounds for, and against reversing the decree below. Having arrived at the conclusion that this decree should in all respects stand affirmed, we shall proceed to state briefly the grounds upon which this conclusion is .based.
