BROWN, District Judge.

This is mainly a rehearing of the matter decided by me in July last (In re Kenney [D. C.] 95 Fed. 427), upon which an order was entered on July 20th continuing a previous order restraining the sheriff from paying to E. H. Clark, a judgment-creditor of the bankrupt, the sum of $12,451.09, the proceeds of a sale on execution of the bankrupt’s goods. That order further directed the sheriff to pay those moneys to the trustee of the bankrupt upon his appointment and qualification.
