This is an action by plaintiff to recover for damages resulting from concussion and vibrations produced by blasting operations carried on without fault by the defendant contractor. Plaintiff owned premises near West Delavan avenue in the city of Buffalo along which the contractor was engaged in a sewer construction job under a contract with the Buffalo Sewer Authority.
