*1443Appeal from a judgment of the Niagara County Court (Sara S. Sperrazza, J.), rendered August 17, 2009. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), rape in the first degree (two counts), rape in the third degree (two counts) and attempted criminal sexual act in the first degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
