Alexander M. Grier was convicted of sale of cocaine (Count 1) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (Count 2). He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial.

1. Appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict, asserting specifically that the State did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was the person who had sold cocaine to undercover GBI agents.
