Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ingram, J.), rendered May 21, 2009, convicting him of course of sexual conduct against a child in the *851first degree, course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree, criminal sexual act in the second degree, and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and a new trial is ordered.
