Exeeutone Information Systems (“Execu-tone”) appeals the final- judgment of the United States Court of International Trade (“CIT”) denying Executone’s motion for summary judgment, granting the government’s motion for summary judgment, and holding that Customs is not required to reliquidate Exeeutone’s entries under 19 U.S.C. § 1520(c)(1).
