In this workmen’s compensation case, Robert Husson, Director of the Division of Labor (Director), as Administrator of the Major Medical Insurance Fund (Major Medical), seeks review of a final order of the Industrial Commission purporting to approve a vocational rehabilitation plan for Eugene M.
