Codefendants Steven Andrew Nice and Carlo Antonio Delconte appeal their convictions on drug- and weapons-related charges following the denial of their motion to suppress the evidence uncovered during a traffic stop. Two police officers stopped Delconte’s vehicle, in which Nice was a passenger, for failing to signal before making a right turn and for speeding. Nice and Delconte both appeared to be under the influence of a stimulant.
