This is a suit by five employees of the Clinchfield Railroad Company, a railroad operated by Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company and Louisville and Nashville Railroad Company, under lease, against said railroad and Blue Ridge Lodge No. 816 of Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, a labor organization authorized to act as the exclusive bargaining agent of the employees of the Railroad Company under the Railway Labor Act, certain officials of the Labor Union, and a number of individuals who are members of the Union. Each plaintiff is seventy years of age, or older.…
