¶ 1. We review the referee's recommendation that Attorney Elvis C. Banks' license to practice law in Wisconsin be revoked due to professional misconduct. The referee also recommended that Attorney Banks be required to pay the costs of the proceeding. Attorney Banks did not appeal this report and recommendation. Indeed, Attorney Banks pled no contest to "each and every allegation" in the complaint filed against him, pursuant to SCR 22.14(2) 1 and, subsequent to the filing of the report and recommendation, he filed a Petition for Consensual License Revocation pursuant to SCR 22.19(1) 2 , which…
