The Citizens Bank and Trust Company ot Quincy, Florida, filed its bill of interpleader in the Circuit Court for Gadsden County. It appears from the bill that two deposits were made to the account of R. B. McDonald and his wife- IVIinnie Lee McDonald; one for $500.00 was deposited two days after Mrs. Fannie Furlough’s funeral, and the other deposit was for $1000.00 and was made on October 30, 1935, about a week after the funeral.
