Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Walsh, Jr., J.), entered January 2,1981 in Albany County, which adjudged respondent guilty of criminal contempt of court and directed that she be imprisoned for a period of 30 days. It appears from the record that on October 16,1980, respondent was testifying before the Grand Jury when she was excused so that another witness could be questioned.
