Plaintiff seeks recovery under the Federal Tort Claims Act, Title 28 U.S.C.A. § 2671 et seq., against the United States, for the alleged wrongful death of her husband, Dee Moore, resulting from a fall from a third floor window while he was a patient in Jefferson Barracks Veterans Administration Hospital.
