Ferge v. State
Indiana Court of Appeals
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
MATHIAS, Judge.
James Ferge ("Ferge") was convicted of patronizing a prostitute, 1 as a Class A misdemeanor, in Marion Superior Court. He was sentenced to serve one year in the Marion County Jail and was given eredit time of four days. The remaining 361 days were suspended, and Ferge was placed on probation for 180 days. He appeals raising three issues; however, we find the following issue to be dispositive: whether the State presented sufficient evidence to rebut Ferge's defense of entrapment.
We reverse.
